Airport Meet and Greet
Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way to the arrivals hall to locate your driver and look for a sign with the Belmond logo. If you cannot locate your driver, please contact Sophie Walkden on +44 (0) 7867 461 045 and she will be able to assist you.
 

Transfer from Cadogan Hotel, London to The Fish Hotel, Cotswolds – Sunday 19^th January
The Strata Events Team will meet you in the lobby of the Cadogan Hotel at 11:45am for a departure transfer at 12:00pm. Please note there will be several people on this transfer so we kindly ask you to be prompt. If you need assistance, please contact Nairi Shirvanian on +44 (0) 7780 653 788.

The journey time is approximately 2 hours depending on the traffic.

Train Station Meet and Greet (Moreton-in-Marsh or Kingham)
Once you have cleared the ticket barrier, please make your way to the main exit where your driver will be holding a sign with the Belmond logo. If you cannot locate your driver, please contact Sophie Walkden on +44 (0) 7867 461 045 and she will be able to assist you.

The journey time from Moreton-in-Marsh to the hotel is approximately 18 minutes.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, please note you may be travelling with other colleagues. The taxi will depart once all guests getting in at a similar time have arrived.

DEPARTURE TRANSFERS

During the event, the hospitality desk will be able to confirm details about your departure transfer. We kindly ask you to meet in the main reception of the Lodge at the Fish Hotel where your driver will meet you.

DRESS CODE

Business Leaders Programme (Sunday 19^th – Wednesday 22^nd January) 
In terms of general dress code: think relaxed, comfortable lounge wear. The spirit is informal and getting back to basics. No business wear required! So: loose trousers, warm jumpers and a winter coat (ideally rainproof) if you have one. Gloves, scarf and woolly hat are highly recommended as January can be pretty cold (normally close to zero centigrade).

We also recommend sensible shoes or boots (waterproof or hiking boots recommended) as the hotel is on an estate. The accommodation is located in various buildings so each day you will have a short walk from your room to the main Lodge building where the conference will be held. We will also be going on walks around the estate as part of our programme. 

Business Leaders Conference (Wednesday 22^nd – Friday 24^th January) 
Refined relaxation for Wednesday’s welcome dinner at Foxhill Manor Hotel. Comfortable and sensible shoes are a must as we will be walking from The Fish to Foxhill. Transport can be arranged for those requiring assistance. Please ensure you have warm coats, hats, scarves and gloves. 

Thursday 22^nd January - Business casual dress for the conference. Comfortable shoes are encouraged as we will be exploring Daylesford Organic Farm. 

Dressy casual for the awards dinner at The Lygon Arms Hotel on Thursday evening.

Check-in and check-out times
The official check-in time is 3pm. Rooms will be available at this time and you can collect your key from the main reception in The Lodge where we will have a welcome desk.

Check-out is 11am.
