PRE-DEPARTURE
Flight Information / Air Tickets
Your E-tickets will be sent out a week before the trip. As you are travelling on a group ticket you are not able to check in online in advance. You will be travelling in Premium Economy.
Passports
To enter Canada, your passport must be valid for the length of your planned stay, however we would recommend having at least 3 months validity beyond your stay if possible.
Please note – This guidance is for UK passport holders only. Passengers from other countries should check with the necessary Government department for travel information.
Visas
To visit Canada with a UK passport you need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). There are many sites offering ETA’s and some charge extremely high fees. The official ETA should only cost CAD$7.00 (approx. £4) each and can take up to 72 hours to be approved. You can apply here – you need your passport to hand and it will only take around 10 minutes.
